The State Government of Chihuahua, Mexico needed software for 45 kiosks to deploy and promote the use of its Web portal and consulting services.

Timeline:

The project took 4 months for implementation.

Solution:

A navigation template was designed to allow the users free access to the Web portal of the City through the use of kiosks. This was possible with the use of the NetShift Runtime solution. The Photomail system was also implemented to be able to send emails with photo e-cards, and the system ARK, for the remote management of the kiosk. This software allows the remote monitoring of the kiosk and the communication with the database to upload and download information, it also displays the status of each kiosk online. The ARK system version 2 was recreated from the beginning since this project had very specific requiremets to fulfill.
